reserving a cabin or yurt

Cabin/Yurt Reservations:

To be included in the lottery drawing, cabin/yurt reservations letters must be received at Church Venture Northwest by Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

Do not let your church men register and pay online. You will be provided a special link for them to use for registration.
Please do not send individual registrations with the cabin/yurt drawing requests.
Enter drawing with a letter and check. Credit cards are not accepted. Please state who our contact person will be during Roundup for this group.

To request a cabin or yurt, simply send the following information:

A written request for a cabin/yurt with a check for $1760.00 for a cabin of eleven men (or $1,600.00 with a pastor’s registration with the group) or $1,600.00 for a yurt for ten men. (No pastor discount)
Please provide the name, address, phone number, and email of the person who will be our contact for your group. All correspondence will be sent to the contact person you assign.
Please indicate the pastor's name that will be part of the cabin group.

CABIN/YURT INFORMATION

Each cabin can accommodate 11 men.
The cost of reserving the cabin is $1,760.00 cabin. ($160.00 per person registration fee, including meals)
A Pastor attends free with every ten (10) paid registrations at Roundup. If your pastor is in your group, the cost is $1,600.00. Please provide your pastor’s name with your request. (If you reserve a yurt and want to take advantage of the free pastoral staff registration, please contact us for a special code for the pastor to use when registering. This offer is good when a church has ten paid registrations.)
We reserve the right to assign your group to a yurt once the cabins are taken in the lottery process. If your church is assigned a yurt, and your check was for 11 men, you will be reimbursed $160.00, as yurts accommodate 10 men.

CABIN/YURT DRAWING:

Cabin reservation requests will be placed in a lottery drawing held June 19, 2024.
Cabin/yurt lottery winners will be notified Friday, June 21 with results of the drawing. Complete instructions on how your group registers will be sent to the contact person you indicate.
Unreserved cabins/yurts will not be available until June 21, 2024 and will be given to the church or group that provides a letter and check on a first come, first served basis.

If your group did not meet the cabin drawing deadline, please contact us to find out if any cabins or yurts remain.

Cabin/Yurt Attendee Responsibilities:

All Roundup attendees who are housed in cabins/yurts are responsible to help in the serving line at Roundup for one meal that will be assigned to their cabin/yurt. Your contact person will receive notice of the meal assignment ahead of time. Each person in your cabin/yurt will be reminded of what meal assignment is their responsibility.
