Cabins and yurts

reserving a cabin, yurt, or platform tent

Cabin/Yurt/platform tent Reservations:

To be included in the lottery drawing, you must complete a group registration and have paid by Monday, June 15, 2026. 

  • Do not let your church men register and pay online. You will be provided a special link for them to use for registration.
  • Please do not send individual registrations with the cabin/yurt/platform tent drawing requests.
  • Enter drawing by completing a group registration form (link below). You will be asked to state who the contact person will be during Roundup for your group.

CABINS

  • Each cabin can accommodate 11 men.
  • The cost of reserving the cabin is $1,870 ($170 per person registration fee, including meals). A pastor attends for free with every ten paid registrations. If your pastor is in your group, the price is $1,700.
  • There are a total of 18 cabins available in the lottery.

Yurts

  • Each yurt can accommodate 10 men.
  • The cost to reserve a Yurt is $1,700 ($170 per person registration fee, including meals).
  • There are a total of 2 Yurts available in the lottery.

Platform Tents

  • Each platform tent can accommodate 8 men.
  • The cost to reserve a platform tent is $1,360 ($170 per person registration fee, including meals).
  • There are a total of 3 platform tents available in the lottery.
If your group did not meet the cabin drawing deadline, please contact us to find out if any cabins or yurts remain.

Responsibilities

All Roundup attendees who are housed in cabins, yurts, and platform tents are responsible for helping in the serving line at Roundup for one meal that will be assigned to their cabin/yurt/platform tent. Your contact person will receive notice of the meal assignment ahead of time. Each man in your cabin/yurt/platform tent will be reminded of what meal assignment is their responsibility.

Lottery drawing

The drawing will be held on Monday, 6/15/2026. All entrants will be notified of the results by Monday, 6/22/2026. Groups requesting multiple cabins/yurts/platform tents will be drawn on a per unit basis. It is possible that only some of your cabins/yurts/platform tents will be drawn. Winners will receive instructions on how to register their men as part of their group at that time. Those who have not been drawn will have the option to turn their lottery entry into a camping group or receive a refund.

If there are any remaining unreserved cabins, yurts, or platform tents after the drawing, they will be available beginning Tuesday, 6/23/2026, on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to enter

To request one or more cabins/yurts/platform tents, click on the link below, complete the lottery form, and make payment. You may pay by check or online; see “Payment Options” below. You will have the option to request more than one cabin, yurt, or platform tent.

All requests, including payment, must be received before Monday, 6/15/2026 to take part in the lottery drawing.

Other Information

Please instruct your church men not to register and pay online through the Roundup website. Please let them know you will send them a link to register through your group. (This link will be provided after the lottery has taken place and you have received confirmation that your church has reserved your cabin(s)/yurt(s)/platform tent(s).)

Payment Options

  • You may pay by Check. After you complete our form you may choose to "Pay by Check (Mail-in)." You will be provided with an invoice and mailing instructions. We MUST receive your payment within 2 weeks and before Monday, 6/16/2025 or you will lose your group entry.
  • You may also pay with Debit, Credit, or PayPal. Church Venture Northwest and Camp Tadmor use PayPal to process online payments. There is a 3% surcharge for all Debit, Credit, or PayPal payments. After you complete our form you can use PayPal's form for payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account. You may enter your debit or credit card information into the PayPal form. If your billing address is different from what you want on your registration, you will be able to enter a different billing address on the PayPal form.
