Como resultado de este fin de semana, visionamos que Dios impactará a los hombres en diferentes maneras al moverlos a: poner su fe en Cristo, conectarse unos con otros, y con su iglesia local, vivir en obediencia a Cristo, y fomentar el liderazgo en su matrimonio, familia, iglesia y comunidad.
La conferencia cristiana de “Men's Round up” es un campamento de retiro para hombres cristianos que se lleva a cabo en la cima de una montaña boscosa en “Camp Tadmor” en Lebanon, Oregon, donde los hombres son animados a creer, obedecer, conectarse y liderar. “Round up” presenta un inspirador orador principal, artistas y músicos invitados reconocidos, maestros bíblicos que dirigen sesiones de talleres de acción, excelente comida y oportunidades para que los hombres adoren, aprendan, crezcan y se conecten con otros varones. “Round up” es también una maravillosa oportunidad para apreciar la hermosa creación de Dios, pasar el rato con amigos, y sudar en la “carrera de Round up” u otras competencias deportivas y actividades de recreación al aire libre.
I serve the local church as the Director of Missional Communities and a teaching pastor at Doxa Church in Bellevue, Washington. I’m also on the leadership team of Saturate the Sound, a Puget Sound church collective dedicated to seeing our region saturated with the good news of Jesus.
When I’m not coaching our missional communities or prepping trainings and sermons, I oversee the vision of Saturate and the Soma Family of Churches; two organizations dedicated to the planting and strengthening of churches that multiply disciple-making communities. On occasion, I also get to do a little writing.
Each year we provide not only an awesome primary speaker but engaging and informative breakout speakers you can go to during your free time throughout the event. This year we’ll be bringing back the same format we did in 2023 with only a few speakers. This allows you and your group to visit all of them if you wish during the course of the event. We haven’t nailed down the specific speakers but you can expect them to focus primarily around the Men’s Roundup values (seen below).
