Over the past year, PHCC has already successfully planted Foundation Bible Church in Damascus with Jason Mills, and this September, they will send Associate Pastor Ryan Wethern to become the Senior Pastor at Troutdale Community Church. This transition will involve several key changes: Troutdale will sell its smaller property to purchase a larger building nearby, PHCC will send several families to support the mission in Troutdale, and they will provide financial backing for Ryan’s role over the next three years. Excitement is building as they prepare for the official launch of this revitalized church on September 1, 2025, marking a new season of gospel ministry.
