Roundup Pricing

CHURCHES AND PASTORS

We want to encourage men to come with other men from their churches when possible. Roundup weekend is a great opportunity for pastors to connect with guys from their church and pray together. Pastors may attend Men’s Roundup for free if their church has 10 paid registrations (even if your church did not reserve a cabin or yurt). Call for a special pastor registration code.

This Year's Pricing

Registration with ALL meals through August 1st: $165 ($190 Aug 2nd and later)
Registration without meals through August 1st: $100 ($115 Aug 2nd and later)
All Day Pass with meals: Fri $80, Sat $125, Sun $70
All Day Pass without meals: Fri $50, Sat $70, Sun $40

All registration closes Friday, August 29th. After the 29th, register at the event.

Early Arrival

After Thursday (beginning at noon): $5 per person

Early arrival does not include Cabins or Yurts

(+$5 per unoccupied camping spot saved with equipment)

This Year's Offering - Pastoral Training in Alaska

This year’s MRU Offering helps bring Convergence training to Alaska, equipping next-generation pastors. Your generosity offsets travel costs for CVNW staff, ensuring Alaskan pastors receive the same tuition and training. Together, we’re strengthening leaders and investing in gospel-driven churches. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to make this possible.
